Tapping the Reports button in the bottom menu of the application will take you to a page that both gives you details about your condition and a place for you to enter your regular readings.

Activity

How long you exercise for and what sort of exercise it is. Moving about is good and it can have a positive effect on your BMI, BG and make you feel good. But keep an eye on your feet and footwear and discuss this with the team

BG

Your blood glucose levels. Try to keep these as well controlled as possible. The damage to the feeling in your feet and any damage to the blood supply will be made worse by high blood glucose levels. Bugs and infections also like high sugar levels in the blood

Your blood pressure readings. Here you can input any blood pressure reading you have. It is important to keep this within the normal range as having a high blood pressure will put extra pressure on your eyes, kidneys and feet.

BMI

Your Body Mass Index which is a posh way of working out if you are over or underweight for your height. If your BMI is above normal levels, then this will have a bad effect on your health. You can change your BMI by working with the foot care team to discuss your diet and exercise

This information will be available to your foot care team and so as part of the study, they will be able to see the information you are inputting and how you are getting on.

If your values are above or below the suggested range put in the lowest or highest value allowed.
